The Create Content Pitch page is a two-step wizard that allows users to quickly generate an AI-search optimization report for a prospective client. By simply pasting a URL from a prospect’s blog, product page, or landing page, Athena automatically reads the content and suggests relevant AI search queries that the prospect should be ranking for. Once the user reviews and finalizes the list of prompts, Athena creates a shareable, public-facing report. This report demonstrates exactly how Athena would rewrite the prospect’s article to appear in AI answers, serving as a powerful sales and outreach tool to win new business. What’s on the page
Header Section- Page Title & Description: Explains the purpose of the tool - creating a public report showing how a prospect’s page would be rewritten for AI search optimization.
- Article URL: A text input field where the user pastes the exact page they want to pitch improvements for (e.g., a blog post or landing page).
- Analyze page: A primary button that triggers Athena to read the provided URL and automatically draft relevant AI search prompts.
- Prospect name: A text input field that auto-populates based on the URL provided. This name is displayed in the header of the final public report.
- Prompts to optimize for: A list of AI search queries that Athena generated by reading the prospect’s page. Athena will use these specific queries to craft rewrite suggestions.
- Count tracker: Shows how many prompts are currently added out of the maximum allowed (e.g., “8 of 12”).
- Prompt fields: Each generated prompt appears in an editable text box with a Remove prompt (X) button next to it.
- Add your own prompt: A text input field at the bottom of the list allowing users to manually type and add extra prompts to the pitch.
- Back: Returns the user to Step 1 to enter a different URL.
- Generate suggestions: The final action button that creates the pitch and takes the user to the report page.
- Clicking Generate suggestions takes the user to the newly created content pitch report (
/pitch-workspace/content/...). This destination page will display a loading state while Athena actively generates the rewrite suggestions.
What you can do here
- Analyze a prospect’s page: Paste a URL and click Analyze page (or press the
Enterkey). The URL field will lock while Athena reads the page. - Edit the prospect name: Manually adjust the auto-generated prospect name before finalizing the report.
- Edit a prompt: Click into any generated prompt’s text box to modify the wording.
- Remove a prompt: Click the X icon next to any prompt you don’t want to include in the pitch.
- Add a custom prompt: Type a query into the “Add your own prompt” field and click Add (or press
Enter). - Go back: Click Back to return to the URL entry step. Note that your edits to the prospect name and prompts are remembered if you simply went back to look at the URL, but analyzing a new URL will overwrite them.
- Generate the pitch: Click Generate suggestions to finalize the setup and build the shareable report.
Data shown
The page displays live data scraped directly from the URL the user provides. The prospect name is derived from the website’s domain or metadata, and the suggested prompts are AI-generated based on the actual written content found on that specific page.Common workflows

- Empty prompts: If the scrape succeeds but no relevant prompts can be drafted, the user sees a toast warning: “No prompts could be generated from the page. Add your own below.”
- Invalid URL: If the user types something that isn’t a valid web address, inline red text appears saying “Enter a valid URL, like prospect.com/blog/post”.
- Scrape error: If Athena cannot access the webpage (e.g., it blocks bots or is down), a toast appears reading: “We couldn’t read that page. Check the URL and retry.”
