The Pitch Workspace Usage page provides agency users with a clear summary of their Pitch Reports consumption. Because Pitch Reports are a premium, often metered feature for agencies, this page helps users track how many reports they have generated and how many remain on their current subscription plan. It sits alongside the main Pitch Workspace and Content sections, serving as an administrative overview so account managers know when they are nearing their quota limit and can plan accordingly. What’s on the page
Pitch usage details card
The main, wider card on the page shows the organization’s current pitch report consumption.- Pitch Reports Label: A simple header identifying the usage metric.
- Usage Progress Bar: A horizontal bar illustrating how much of the quota has been consumed. The bar changes color to warn users as they use up their quota:
- Blue/Indigo for normal usage (under 33%).
- Purple for medium usage (33% to 65%).
- Orange for high usage (66% and above).
- Metered Plan Text: If the organization is on a metered plan, the card displays exactly how many pitches are “[X] used” and how many are “[X] left”.
- Unlimited Plan Text: If the organization’s plan has no strict cap on pitches, the progress bar is hidden. The card instead displays a large “Unlimited” header, a subtitle showing “[X] pitches created” (or “1 pitch created”), and a label stating “No limits”.
About Pitch Reports card
A smaller informational card on the right side of the page outlining the system limits applied to every individual pitch report.- “About Pitch Reports”: Card title.
- ”• Analyze up to 10 competitors per pitch”: Reminds users of the maximum number of competitors they can include when generating a single report.
- ”• Include up to 10 custom prompts”: Reminds users of the limit on custom AI prompts per pitch.

- If metered, they can read the exact number of pitches used and the number they have left before they need to upgrade or wait for a quota reset.
Empty, loading, and error states
- Loading: While the system checks the organization’s subscription limits and counts the pitches, the usage numbers and progress bar are replaced by gray pulsing skeleton placeholders.
- Error: If the system fails to verify the usage limits due to a temporary billing service outage, the card displays warning text: “Couldn’t verify pitch quota - please refresh.”
- No Access: If the user manages to navigate here but their organization does not actually have the Pitch Workspace feature enabled, the card displays: “Pitch workspace access is not available for your organization.”
