The Competitors page allows you to manage the tracked competitors, discovered competitor suggestions, and deleted competitors for your selected website. This page is where you configure the specific identifiers (keywords) and domains used for AI mention detection. By keeping your competitors and their identifiers up to date, you ensure that the AI search analytics accurately track and measure your brand’s performance against your actual market competition. What’s on the page
Tab Navigation Switches the main view between three sections: Tracked competitors, Discovered competitors, and Deleted competitors. Note that the “Deleted” tab is only visible when you have previously deleted at least one competitor. Identifier Suggestions Bar Appears dynamically above the tracked competitors table when the system detects pending AI-generated identifier suggestions for your brand or tracked competitors. It allows you to quickly review, add, or dismiss these suggested keywords. Tracked Competitors Table Lists your own website (labeled as “(You)”) followed by all your actively tracked competitors. It provides quick access to their configurations, including identifiers and domains. Discovered Competitors Section Shows AI-discovered competitor candidates ranked by their mention rate. It includes evidence snippets so you can verify why a brand is being suggested before deciding to track it. Deleted Competitors Section Lists any soft-deleted competitors. You can view them here and optionally restore them to your tracked list. Change Queue Bar (Command Bar) Appears fixed at the bottom of the screen whenever there are pending identifier, domain, or competitor changes queued for backfill. It displays a summary of changes, a date range picker, and buttons to view changes or initiate the backfill process. Bulk Selection Command Bar Stacks at the bottom of the screen when one or more rows are selected in the tracked competitors table, providing bulk actions like Delete and Export.Deleted Competitors Table
