The Content Pitch Detail page acts as an internal review and management workspace for a single Content Pitch report. Content Pitches are sales enablement tools designed for agency users to send to prospective clients. This page allows a user to see exactly what the prospect will see when they open the public link, ensuring the AI-generated rewrite suggestions are accurate and compelling before sharing. While on this page, users can track the real-time generation status of a newly created pitch, preview the fully rendered article with its interactive highlights, copy the shareable link to send to the prospect, and delete the report if it is no longer needed or if it failed to generate properly. What’s on the page
- Back link: An “All reports” link in the top-left corner with a left-facing arrow. This returns the user to the main Content Pitches list.
- Report header: Displays the prospect’s website favicon, the prospect name (or the URL if no name was provided), and a status badge (such as “Generating”, “Ready”, or “Failed”). Below the title, it shows the article URL and the date the report was created.
- Header actions: A cluster of buttons on the top right containing “Copy link”, “Open public report”, and a trash can icon to delete the pitch.
- Target prompts: A row of badges just below the header that displays the specific focus prompts the AI used to generate the suggestions for this article.
- Report body: The main content area of the page. Depending on the status of the pitch, this area will display one of four things:
- Processing: A status card titled “Generating suggestions” with the text “This usually takes a couple of minutes. The page refreshes automatically.”
- Failed: A status card titled “This report couldn’t be generated” with the text “Delete it and create a new one from the article URL.”
- No Content: A status card titled “No content available” with the text “The scraped article is missing for this report.”
- Completed Article: The actual scraped article rendered with highlighted inline suggestions. Note: This preview is intentionally always displayed in a light theme (even if the user’s workspace is set to dark mode) so that it perfectly matches the public page the prospect will see. It includes a small helper text at the top: “[X] inline suggestions. Click a highlighted passage to review it.”
What you can do here
