Purpose

This page allows organization administrators and website members to view and manage their subscription plans, monitor credit usage, purchase additional credits, and review invoice history. It serves as the central hub for all financial and usage-related settings within your workspace.

What’s on the page

  • Subscription summary: Displays your current plan tier (e.g., Starter, Growth, Enterprise), its status (Active, Past due, Trialing), and whether the plan applies to the whole organization or individual websites.
  • Organization credits: Visible to organization admins, this shows the shared credit pool, a progress bar of remaining credits, and the date your credits will reset.
  • Website credits: Visible to individual website members, showing the credits used and remaining for a specific website, along with any available pools it can draw from.
  • Usage insights: Provides an estimated daily average, projected total usage for the current period, and flags if your pace exceeds your limit.

Usage tab

  • Credits used chart: A bar chart illustrating daily credit consumption over your selected date range.
  • By website: A table breaking down total credit consumption by entity.
    • Website/Group: The name and URL of the website, or a group name with a “Group pool” badge.
    • Credits used: The total number of credits consumed by that specific entity in the selected range.
  • Credit log: A detailed, event-by-event ledger of actions that cost credits.
    • Time (UTC): The timestamp of the event.
    • Website: The originating website name, or “Deleted website” / “Not recorded” for older events.
    • Action: The specific task that consumed credits (e.g., prompt run, rescan).
    • Credits: The number of credits charged for the action.

Websites & groups tab

  • Entities table: A list of every website and billing-enabled group in your organization. Your current website and its groups are pinned to the top.
    • Website or group: The name, URL, and an optional “Group” badge. Group names link directly to their specific billing page.
    • Plan: The name of the plan or add-on product, along with a status badge if it requires attention (e.g., Trial, Past due).
    • Credits: The credits remaining out of the total allowance, including a small progress bar and reset date (or an “Unlimited” badge).
    • (actions): An options menu (...) for websites to edit or delete them, and an arrow icon for groups to navigate to their billing page.

Invoices tab

  • Outstanding invoices: Unpaid invoices that require review and payment.
    • Amount: The total due and currency.
    • Status: The current state of the invoice (e.g., Open, Past due).
    • Issued date: The date the invoice was generated.
    • Products: A list of the plans or add-ons billed on the invoice.
    • Action link: A “View and pay” link that opens the secure Stripe payment page.
  • Upcoming invoices: Estimated previews of future charges.

What you can do here

  • Manage billing: Opens a dialog listing all organization add-ons and website plans, where you can Remove items or Manage credit packages.
  • Billing portal: Opens your secure external billing portal in a new tab to manage payment methods, update billing details, and view receipts.
  • View plans / Plans & add-ons: Opens a plan selection dialog to compare features across Free, Starter, and Enterprise tiers, and switch between monthly and annual billing.
  • Add credits / Manage credits: Opens a dialog to purchase monthly or one-time credit packages. You can choose to apply them to This website or the Whole organization (using Change website if needed), adjust the quantity with the + and - buttons, and finalize the purchase.

  • Move credits: Rebalances credits between a website and its available organization or group pools.
  • Export CSV: Downloads a spreadsheet of your credit usage, including daily totals, per-website breakdowns, and the full event log.
  • Edit website: Found in the ... menu of the Entities table; allows you to rename or update a website’s settings.
  • Delete website: Found in the ... menu; soft-deletes a website. This is disabled if it is the only website in your organization or if it holds an active website-level subscription.
  • Renew plan: Reactivates a canceled subscription so billing resumes.
  • Cancel downgrade: Stops a previously scheduled downgrade, keeping your current plan active.
