The Activity Log provides a searchable, filterable, and exportable audit trail of every change made across your organization. It allows teams to track who performed specific actions, what resources were affected, and when those changes occurred. This feature sits within the settings area and is exclusively available to customers on the Enterprise plan. It is primarily used by organization administrators and team leads for security, compliance, and troubleshooting workflows. What’s on the page
- Toolbar / filter bar: A band below the page header containing the date range picker, filter controls, a “Clear all” link (when filters are active), and the “Export CSV” button.
- Audit Log Timeline: A table displaying a chronological list of all audit-logged actions, grouped by calendar day.
- Time: Displays how long ago the event occurred (e.g., “2 hours ago”). Hovering over the relative time reveals the absolute date and time (e.g., “Jan 5, 2025 at 3:45 PM”).
- Actor: Shows who performed the action. This can be a user’s name or email, an API key, or “System” for automated tasks. It includes a badge indicating the actor’s role (e.g., Owner, Admin, Viewer, External, or a custom role). If a website-only member views the page, actors they do not have permission to see are masked as “Organization member” or “Organization API key”.
- Website: Indicates the specific website the action applied to, or displays “Organization” if the action affected the entire organization.
- Action: A plain-language summary of the event (e.g., “Created prompt”), often followed by the name of the affected resource or extra context.
- (Unlabeled chevron column): A right-arrow that appears when hovering over rows that contain deeper details. Clicking the row opens the event details.
- Table Footer: Sits below the timeline, displaying a count like “Showing 50 of 300 events” and an animated loading indicator when fetching more rows.
- Event details dialog: A popup that opens when clicking a supported row. It displays:
- Resource: The type, ID, and name of the affected item.
- Changes: A color-coded breakdown showing exactly what changed, labeled “Before” and “After”.
- Metadata: Raw, advanced information related to the event.

Data shown
The data displayed on this page represents your organization’s historical audit trail.
