The Knowledge Base page allows customers to build and manage a structured fact bank of claims organized into content pillars. This fact bank powers Athena’s AI fact verification and ensures the AI relies on a curated, accurate foundation of information about your business. Customers can populate their knowledge base from various sources: uploading documents, pasting text, adding URLs to an internal link bank, or pulling from published articles in the Content Hub. Once claims are extracted, users review, approve, and categorize them into “pillars” so Athena can accurately evaluate content coverage and detect AI-generated discrepancies. What’s on the page
Page Header
Displays the page title and the primary top-level action buttons: a prompt to review pending claims (if any exist), a button to start verifying facts, and a dropdown menu to add new knowledge.Pillars Tab
