This page is a public, read-only report that AthenaHQ customers share with their prospects or clients. It shows exactly how Athena would rewrite a specific webpage’s content to rank better in AI search answers. Since it doesn’t require an AthenaHQ account to view, it is an easy way for customers to showcase the value of AI search optimization to external stakeholders without asking them to log in.What’s on the page
- Header: Contains the AthenaHQ logo and “Powered by AthenaHQ” branding. Once the report successfully loads, it displays the “Copy link” and “Share” buttons.
- Report Title & Subtitle: Shows “Content Suggestions Report” and a subtitle explaining that this is how Athena would rewrite the prospect’s (or website’s) content.
- Optimizing for these AI prompts: If the report was created with targeted AI prompts, they are listed here as small pill-shaped chips.
- Status Cards: Depending on the state of the report, viewers might see one of several status messages:
- Generating suggestions for this page: Shown while Athena is still reading the page and writing suggestions. It notes that the page updates automatically.
- This report couldn’t be generated: Shown if the generation process failed entirely.
- No suggestions found: Shown if Athena scanned the page but decided no rewrites were necessary.
- This report isn’t available: Shown if the link was taken down by the creator or is invalid.
- Couldn’t load this report: Shown if there is a temporary system issue loading the page.
- Article Viewer: The full text of the scraped webpage. Sections of text that Athena suggests rewriting are highlighted. A note at the top explains how many inline suggestions exist and instructs the user to “Click a highlighted passage to review it.”
- Floating Suggestion Card: When a highlighted passage is clicked, a card appears underneath it containing:
- Header: Athena’s avatar, name, and the date the suggestion was created, labeled “Suggested rewrite”.
- Prompt Badge: If the suggestion targets a specific prompt, it appears in a badge (e.g., “Prompt: Best software”).
- Before: The original text from the page.
- After: Athena’s suggested rewrite.
- Why: An explanation of why the change improves AI search visibility.
- CTA: A link at the bottom saying “Athena writes suggestions like this for every page on your site”.
- Footer: Displays “AthenaHQ, the AI search optimization platform” and a “Get this for your site” marketing link.

Common support questions
- Do prospects need an Athena account to see this? No, the URL acts as a secure access key. Anyone who has the link can view the report without logging in.
- Can search engines index this page and expose my prospect’s content? No, the page is strictly configured to tell search engines not to index or follow the link.
- Can the prospect accept or reject the changes here? No, the public report is strictly read-only. It is a showcase, not an editor. To actually apply the changes, the customer must do it from their own authenticated Athena account.
- What happens if I delete the pitch in my workspace? If a customer deletes the content pitch from their Athena workspace, the public link is immediately disabled. Visitors will see a “This report isn’t available” message.
- Why are the “Copy link” and “Share” buttons just icons? On narrow screens (like mobile phones), the text labels are hidden to save space, leaving only the copy and share icons. This is intentional mobile-responsive behavior.
