## Purpose

This page displays the detailed results of a single AI prompt discovery run. When you use the Discover feature to find new search queries your audience is asking, the suggestions are collected here for your review.

From this page, you can analyze the suggested prompts, filter them by search intent or funnel stage, organize them into topics, and select which ones you want to actively monitor in your workspace. You can also dismiss irrelevant suggestions to keep your lists clean.

## What's on the page

**Page header**
Features a back button pointing to the main Discover tab and the name of the run. You can click the pencil icon next to the run name to rename it inline.

**Discovery context**
Shows the target country and language used for this run, along with a list of the sources used to collect evidence (e.g., Website analysis). It displays the status for each source (such as "completed", "empty", or "failed"), how many evidence records were found, and why the source was added (e.g., "Added to ground your custom instructions").

**Leg progress panel**
If the discovery run is still actively collecting and analyzing data, a "Discovering prompts..." progress panel appears. It displays horizontal progress bars for each source being analyzed, giving you real-time status updates.

**Candidates table toolbar**
Allows you to search and narrow down the list of suggested prompts.

* **Filters**: A dropdown menu to filter by "Top volume", Source, Funnel, Intent, or Type.
* **Signal chips**: Toggle buttons (e.g., "Competitor Gap", "Social Signal") that appear if any suggested prompts carry these specific market signals.
* **Reset**: Clears all active filters and search terms.
* **Export**: A download icon button that exports the currently filtered list to a CSV file.
* **Search box**: Quickly find specific text within the prompt or its assigned topic.

**Discovery Candidates Table**
Groups the suggested prompts by topic. Each topic group can be expanded or collapsed by clicking its row. If you hover over a topic name, a pencil icon appears allowing you to rename it.

* **Checkbox (select)**: Used to select individual rows or entire topic groups for bulk actions. Supports shift-clicking to select a range.
* **Prompt**: The suggested prompt text. A signal badge may appear next to it. Hovering over an info icon here reveals "Why this prompt was suggested".
* **Source**: Displays the origin of the suggestion. The tooltip explains:
  * "How this prompt was discovered"
  * "Logical: market analysis from your website, segments and products"
  * "Brand: AI brand research with custom inputs"
  * "GSC: Google Search Console keyword clustering"
  * "Social: Reddit threads, YouTube comments and videos"
  * "Keyword sources: brand and competitor keywords, Reddit, YouTube"
* **Funnel**: The buyer-journey stage. The tooltip explains:
  * "Where the prompt sits in the buyer journey"
  * "TOFU: top of funnel, awareness and discovery"
  * "MOFU: middle of funnel, evaluation and consideration"
  * "BOFU: bottom of funnel, decision and purchase"
* **Intent**: The user's search behavior. The tooltip explains:
  * "The searcher's goal behind the prompt"
  * "Informational: looking to learn or research"
  * "Commercial: comparing products or services"
  * "Transactional: ready to buy or take action"
  * "Navigational: looking for a specific brand or page"
* **Type**: Keyword category. The tooltip explains:
  * "The keyword category for this prompt"
  * "Head: broad, high-volume keywords"
  * "Mid tail: moderate specificity and volume"
  * "Long tail: specific, lower-volume queries"
* **Volume**: "Estimated monthly search volume"
* **Value**: "Estimated keyword value (CPC)"

**Already tracked section**
Located at the bottom of the table, this expandable section holds prompts that closely match queries you are already monitoring.
Current discovery compares question meaning and supporting evidence with your existing tracked prompts. Do not interpret this section as a fixed similarity-percentage rule.

**Removed section**
An expandable section for prompts you have dismissed from this run.

* *Tooltip*: "Suggestions you removed from this run. They stay out of the suggestion list; restore one to review it again."

**Selection command bar**
A floating bar that appears at the bottom of the screen when one or more rows are selected. It displays the total selection count and offers bulk actions.

## What you can do here

* **Edit run name**: Click the pencil icon next to the run title in the page header. Press `Enter` or click away to save.
* **Rename topic**: Hover over a topic row and click the pencil icon. If you enter a name that matches an existing topic, you will be prompted to merge the two groups.
* **Select rows for bulk action**: Check the boxes next to individual prompts or click the checkbox on a topic row to select all prompts within it.
* **Start tracking**: With rows selected, click **Start tracking** in the command bar (or press `T` on your keyboard). This opens a dialog confirming how many new prompts will be monitored, skipping any that are already tracked. It also provides a preview of your estimated monthly credit cost. Clicking "Start tracking" in the dialog finalizes the action.
* **Remove**: With rows selected, click **Remove** in the command bar (or press `Backspace`). This moves the selected prompts into the "Removed" section.
* **Restore**: Expand the "Removed" section and click the **Restore** button next to a prompt to bring it back to the active list.
* **Export as CSV**: Click the download icon near the search bar to export your current filtered view.
* **Resize columns**: Drag the invisible handle on the right edge of any column header to adjust its width.
* **Sort**: Click any column header (like Volume or Value) to sort the table.
* **Expand/Collapse all topics**: Click the "Prompt" column header to toggle all topic accordions open or closed at once.

## Data shown

This page displays data generated specifically for your website during a targeted AI prompt discovery run. The search volume and CPC values are market estimates for those specific search queries. The credit estimates in the "Start tracking" dialog are calculated using your workspace's configured models, locations, and schedule frequency.

## Common workflows

**Reviewing and tracking new prompts**

1. Open a completed discovery run.
2. Browse the suggested prompts, expanding topics that interest you.
3. Check the boxes next to the highest-value or highest-volume prompts.
4. Click **Start tracking** in the floating command bar.
5. Review the credit estimate in the dialog and confirm to add them to your active monitoring list.

**Cleaning up irrelevant suggestions**

1. Find prompts or entire topic groups that don't fit your strategy.
2. Select their checkboxes.
3. Click **Remove** in the floating command bar to dismiss them.
4. (Optional) If you made a mistake, open the "Removed" section at the bottom and click **Restore** on the prompt you want back.

## Empty, loading, and error states

* **Loading**: While the run's data is being fetched, a full-page animated loader is displayed.
* **Empty state (No data)**: If the run finishes but finds nothing, you will see a file icon and the message "No prompts discovered". If the run encountered an issue, it adds: "This run could not finish. Run discovery again later."
* **Partial progress**: If the run is still executing, a progress panel shows the percentage completed for each source. A shimmering animation indicates active processing.
* **Error**: If the run ID doesn't exist or there was a network failure, the page displays a "Run not found" message.
* **Missing Estimates**: If search volume or value cannot be fetched for certain rows, they display "No data" rather than \$0, and a warning banner appears stating, "Volume and value estimates are temporarily unavailable for some prompts."

## Linked from / links to

* **Linked from**: The main **Discover** tab in the Prompts page.
* **Links to**: The tracking success dialog provides a "View in Manage" button that takes you to the main **Prompts** dashboard to view your actively tracked queries.

## Common support questions

**Why are some suggestions hidden under "Already tracked"?**
These suggestions are already covered by prompts you monitor. Current discovery uses meaning, intent, and supporting evidence to decide coverage rather than one fixed similarity percentage. A question about discovering a suitable product and a question evaluating a named product can serve different needs.

**Why can't I click Start Tracking or Remove?**
To track new prompts, remove suggestions, or rename topics/runs, you must have `Write` permissions for Prompts. If you only have `View` permissions, these actions will be disabled, and hovering over "Start tracking" will explain that you need write access.

**Why does a topic rename ask me to merge?**
If you rename a topic to a name that already exists within the same run, the system will ask if you want to merge them. Confirming will combine all prompts from both groups under the single topic name.

**Why are some rows displaying "No data" for Volume or Value?**
Search volume and keyword value are provided by external data estimates. If those estimates are temporarily unavailable or don't have sufficient historical data for a specific long-tail query, they fall back to "No data" instead of inaccurately showing zero.
